The best book that I have read on this subject. Everyone should buy it.
We may expect to be caregivers for aging parents, children and spouses, but few of us expect to provide care guidance for our siblings. This book is an invaluable resource covering how to get started, negotiating the legal, medical and financial morass, caregiving, and end of life issues – very comprehensive. Specific resources are listed after each section making this a very well researched work as well as a personal journey. Taffy Cannon’s prose style is extremely readable. She addresses difficult material objectively and on point. Her dry sense of humor comes through, reminding the reader to step back in the midst of truly awful situations and take a breath.
